Hellenic Seaways has been an active member of the Greek Shipping Industry since 1999 and nowadays it has become one of the major companies in the field of Merchant Marine. The vessels of Hellenic Seaways travel to the majority of the islands throughout the Aegean Sea, affecting positively the Greek tourism and providing a better life quality to the permanent residents.
Minoan Lines is a significant company within the Greek Shipping Industry. Truly devoted to providing convenience, luxury and safety to its passengers it has developed rapidly during the last decades. Its modern vessels serve the routes between Greece and Italy but also between the port of Piraeus and Heraklion in Crete.
Sea Jets is a joint venture of speedboats founded in 1989. Its fleet consists mainly of catamarans that connect the main ports of Athens and Crete with the Cyclades islands.

GOLDEN STAR FERRIES
The ferry company Golden Star Ferries has its base in the port of Rafina, which is the second busiest port of Attica that is also situated closest to the airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos. With its large greek ferry, Superferry II, it serves daily trips from Rafina to the Cyclades islands of Andros, Tinos and Mykonos. With all modern facilities, Superferry II offers a comfortable and quick trip to travelers.
Aegean Speed Lines was founded in 2005. Initially the company was a result of the cooperation between the Eugenides Group and a UK company, called “Sea Containers”, but as early as from the second year of its operation “Sea Containers” withdrew, leaving the main share holding to the Eugenides Group and other investors.
Anek Lines was established in Chania, Crete in April 1967. Its establishment was a result of the great need to create daily connections between Crete and the mainland.
In 1970, KYDON, which was the first craft in the fleet of Anek, started its daily route between Piraeus and Chania.
Anek-Superfast was established in June 2011 as a result of the cooperation between two major Greek ferry companies Anek Lines and Superfast ferries. The goal of this cooperation was to provide fast and convenient service to the customers as both companies have vessels of the latest technology. The routes offered are between Patra and Italy (Ancona) and between Piraeus and Heraklion.
Aegeon Pelagos was founded in 2010 in Crete by Anek Lines as its subsidiary company. Its vessels serve routes in the southern Aegean Sea connecting Crete to the Cyclades, the Dodekanese and the Eastern Aegean islands. Its fleet consists of contemporary vessels that offer high standard facilities.
Dodekanisos Seaways was established in 1999 in Rhodes with the vision to offer regular connection between the main islands of the Dodecanese and the mainland of Greece. Very soon, George and Yiannis Spanos, who are the owners of the company, realized that there was greater need to connect the smallest islands of the Dodecanese such as Nisyros, Chalki and Kastelorizo to the bigger islands like Rhodos and Kos which were daily connected to the mainland by other ferry companies already.
Zante Ferries is a Greek ferry company that covers itineraries both in the Ionian Sea and the Cyclades. In particular, the vessels of Zante Ferries run the routes from Killini (Peloponnese) to the Ionian islands of Kefalonia and Zakynthos and also from Piraeus to islands of Western Cyclades.
The ferry company ANES was established in 1979 mostly by residents of Symi and Rhodes, two islands of Dodecanese. The aim of this greek ferry company was to facilitate and reinforce the commercial and tourist traffic of Symi, connecting it to the neighboring island of Rhodes and encouraging the residents to live permanently on their island.
Kefalonian Lines is a very new and promising ferry company within the Greek shipping industry. The company’s aim is to offer daily itineraries to Kefalonia all year round in order to satisfy the local inhabitants but also in order to enhance and prolong its touristic period. The routes offered start from Killini in Peloponnese and are heading to the two biggest ports of Kefalonia, Argostoli and Poros.
Fast Ferries offers quality ferry services since 1989. Over the last years, the greek ferry company is rapidly developing. In 2007, the company launched a ferry in the route from Rafina to Mykonos with stops on Andros and Tinos. The ferry Theologos P had been constructed just 7 years ago and offers till today excellent facilities to its passengers.
Lane Lines is a subsidiary of ANEK LINES. With its only vessel, F/B Vitsentzos Kornaros, this ferry company serves routes in the western side of the Aegean Sea. Particularly it serves routes from Piraeus to Monemvasia and Kythira and also from the mainland ports of Gythion or Kalamata to Kithyra, Antikythira and Kissamos Crete.
Mikres Kyklades Lines (Small Cyclades Lines) is a small ferry company that serves schedules between the Cycladic islands of Naxos, Amorgos and the islands of Small Cyclades group, in particular Donoussa, Schinoussa, Iraklia and Koufonisia.

IONIAN GROUP was established in 2015 after the collaboration of Levante Ferries, Ionissos Ferries and Zante Ferries.

ANE Kalymnou is a Greek shipping company based in Agios Nikolaos, Kalymnos island. Sea Dreams is a local company based in Rhodes whose vessels serve close itineraries. In particular, the two vessels of the company, King Saron and Symi, run the routes from Rhodes to Symi and also from Rhodes to the Turkish resorts of Bodrum and Marmaris.
Since its foundation in 1960 Erturk Travel has developed rapidly. It is a Turkish company with base in Izmir, Turkey, which is eager to offer safe trips to its passengers.
Its fleet consists of two vessels and during the summer, they offer regular routes between Chios in Greece and Cesme in Turkey.
Meander Travel was originally founded in 1977 and has its base in Kusadasi, Turkey. This company serves ferry schedules between Kusadasi port in Turkey and Vathy port in Samos island, Greece. Its ferry runs these schedules daily in summer season.
